Re: one year.Within one year you can send us the usb flash drive back , we check the quality .

And pls kindly pay the shipping cost back to us, and when the goods is fixed well, we will ship them to you, and we will pay the shipping cost.

6. Can you offer CO and FA ?

Re: yes , we can provide the Certificate of Origin for you.

CO cost is about USD15.

FA cost is about USD55.

 

7. What`s the difference between A grade and B grade chipset?

Re: No brand chip: It is selected out by Samsung , intel , Hynix company. but also good quality . There is almost no defect, because we will test all flash before producing, and test all products before shipping.

Generally we use it to the promotional usb .Most of our customers use it as promotion gift.because we choose the very good cheaper enough capacity.

Original flash/chip:

Generally it is Samsung ,Hynix, intel,Micron brand chip, it is real capacity, high quanlity .

 

8. Can you offer autoplay services?

Re: yes, when you plug the usb flash drive into the pc, the file will be played automatically.

You just send us the file, we can do it for you.

9. Can you offer custom logo printing services?

Re: yes. For logo solution ,we have the following options for you:

1)Printing:

It is for any housing usb flash drive. We can do the logo as your request or according to the Pantone® colour code.

The cost is as follows:

1-3C,the cost is usd0.03/one color for one position;

If >4C,the cost is usd0.22/one side;

For order below 100pcs, there is a logo setup fee is about usd15.

2)Engraving/Laser:

It is for all of metal, chrom or aluminium, wooden housing usb.

The cost is about usd 0.05/one position.

For order below 100pcs, there is a logo setup fee is about usd15.

3) Leather embossing

It is for leather housing usb flash drive.

The cost is about usd0.05/one position.

For order below 100pcs, there is a logo setup fee is about usd15.

 

10. How about reading and writing speed?

Re: Generally, the speed is as follows:

writing speed:3-4MB/S;

Reading speed:10-12MB/S

If you want higher speed, we can also provide for you, but the cost is different.

Generally,

Metal: the mould setup cost is about USD795~7936. It depends on the detail request,

And setup time is about 20days;

ABS: the moudel setup cost is about USD1905~2380. It depends on the detail request,

And the setup time is about 25-30days;

PVC: the mould setup cost is about USD65, It depends on the detail request,

And the setup time is about 3-4days; it is most cheapest and fastest setup new mould.
